Hi! I’m Sarah Fidelibus, and I help people think creatively and work collaboratively to solve big problems together.

AT present I serve as Director of the EVCP Projects Team in the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost (EVCP) Organization at the University of California San Francisco, where I lead project implementation and change management strategy for the organization. Prior to joining the EVCP Organization, I spent four and a half years as an Organizational Development Consultant in UCSF’s Program Management Office, where I had the great fortune to manage a diverse portfolio of projects that had enterprise-wide impact.

Though I work in organizational development, I am an educator by training and at heart, and in every area of my work I draw on more than two decades of experience as a teacher and scholar to help teams learn, think, and grow together in ways that help them best meet the needs of the people they serve.
