Led a team of educators and administrators in UCSF’s School of Medicine in developing structures and processes for working effectively over the next three years to revise the UCSF Bridges Curriculum to make it anti-racist and anti-oppressive. Final deliverables included:
Inclusive group agreements
An overall governance structure for the three-year project
A codified decision-making process
A high-level project plan with eight separate but highly-dependent workstreams

Led the High School Articulation team (part of the Academic Preparation unit of the University of California Office of the President) in a design thinking project grounded in answering the design question: How might we design client-focused resources and publicize them in a way that allows the High School Articulation team to establish a customer-focused identity?
Project Results:
Development of a new technical feature called “Course Connect,” which will allow users of UC’s A-G Course Management Portal to connect with one another to collaborate on curriculum that meets UC standards for college preparation.
Strategic plan for High School Articulation communications efforts, which includes a revamp of their monthly e-newsletter and a style guide for staff in the unit.
